Divided Ground in subject matter and spirit, but not in the details. In terms of data (OOBs, maps, scenarios etc.), CSME is an entirely new game built from the ground up. But not Divided Ground up! [;)]

Cobb's review hit one thing on the head. The combat is as visceral as one can get (in my experience) when playing with counters.
