Patching up to most recent

In order to patched to the latest version do I just download and install the file from Michael's post over on Tech support.....or do I have to install something else first?

Thanks. I'm doing a fresh install, just seem to remember patches being larger than the 3.22MB of that one.

Install the game

Then install the official update:

Then the Beta.
