Nice work
(Don't tell Rico, but I think it looks a bit like Volgograd or Tsaritsyn.)

August 1942 Mexican intelligence services intercept and decode an encrypted message between STAVKA and Marshal "E":

-Camarade Ìàðøàë, ãåíåðàë "Paullus" ïðèáûë â Ñòàëèíãðàä. Âû äîëæíû çàõâàòèòü åãî è åãî àðìèþ. Èñïîëüçóéòå âñå âåðåâêè âû need.we ïîøëåò äâóõ êîìèññàðîâ â êà÷åñòâå îôèöåðîâ ñâÿçè, ýòî îáåñïå÷èò øåðñòü çàìåíèòü êîíîïëþ.
Íàïîìèíàåì, ÷òî òîâàðèù Ñòàëèí âûñîêî öåíèì, íè ïîðàæåíèå, íè çàáûòü íàçâàíèå ñâîåãî ãîðîäà è ïîñòðîèë ìíîãî ñïåöèàëüíûõ øêîë â Ñèáèðè.

----------------------------------

-Camarade Marshal, General "Paullus" arrived at Stalingrad. You must capture him and his army. Use all the rope you need.We will send two commissars as liaison officers, it will provide wool to replace hemp.
We remind you that Comrade Stalin appreciate nor defeat nor forgetting the name of HIS CITY and has built many special schools in Siberia.

A pic of the scenario "Storming the Station" that me and a friend have been playing on the weekends. We've invested about 12 hours in play time and are through 3 turns (big ass scenario). Having a blast. Imagine this on the computer with an AI some day? You can do it Peter! :)

ahhh , don`t even know how to reply to that .
the only thing I can say is THANK YOU ALL ,
For everyone involved to try to make this scenario . THANK YOU.
I have some much faith in a small group of people to create scenario`s it is insane .
I will buy a carton of Guinness , have 3 or 4 of them ,
Then play the scenario , Good , Bad . who cares ,
It`s about the community .
And they are pretty impressive .
THANK YOU ALL.

KhanDam2 needs time to finish the mod,
however it allows the output of the first scenario this month [&o]

Red Barricades

Red Barricades (RB) was released in 1989 and focused on the fighting for the Krasnaya Barrikady ordnance factory complex in Stalingrad. It was designed by Charlie Kibler and was revolutionary since it was the first ASL module to include a large format map and other features now considered standard in big HASL modules. Special additions for this module include rules for new terrain types including debris, railway embankments, culverts, storage tanks, single hex two-story buildings, and modified rules for gullies, factories and cellars. As well, two new weapons (the Soviet Molotov cocktail projector, also known to Combat Mission players as an ampulomet) and the German StuIG (a 150mm infantry gun on a Panzer III chassis) are introduced. 7 standalone scenarios. Scenarios included were RB1-RB7.

Type Scenario ID Title Date Attacker Defender

HASL Scenario RB1 One Down, Two to Go 17/10/1942 German Russian -------------> Release 15/07/2016

HASL Scenario RB2 Blood and Guts 22/10/1942 German Russian
HASL Scenario RB3 Bread Factory #2 25/10/1942 German Russian
HASL Scenario RB4 To the Rescue 26/10/1942 German Russian
HASL Scenario RB5 The Last Bid 11/11/1942 German Russian
HASL Scenario RB6 Turned Away 15/11/1942 German Russian
HASL Scenario RB7 The Red House 05/12/1942 Russian German

I love ASL, I can't live without these modules:

Red Barricades HASL (1 copy, 2 extra maps)
Valor of the Guards HASL (got 3 copies, you know just in case)
Solitarie ASL 2nd edition
Tom Morin's Solitaire VotG module

Waiting for: Red October HASL (will get two copies)

Currently playing VotG CG2 with Paullus since 2009!!!

Cheers!

that reply, Peter is one of the best I have seen , You have had to spend a lot of time fixing bugs, replying to
comments , looking through posts and everything that goes with developing a game .
But that comment really describes why you are doing it .

From June 2015 until May 2016, the project labour was very intensive. After my day job, I worked on the game every day until very late in the evening. This project is a labour of love for me and I will continue to work on it - to make it better - for the future :) I can't imagine working on anything else.

Cheers and thank you for your support!
