was wondering if anyone has any marine, cdo smallgfx symbols or does anyone know how too make them and tell me how. Thanks

Paint.NET is a good, simple and free drawing program that support transparency well. There are loads of youTube tutorials for it.

Making a google on "naval counters" should give you some ideas.
