[IMPROVEMENTS MADE B840] 1.11 SR1 - Spacebar still activates certain UI items

Running Build 839.

While using spacebar to pause/unpause, there are several UI items that are toggled by spacebar if they are the currently highlighted/active item. I think it would be better for spacebar to only pause/unpause, and not result in other actions.

To recreate:
Expand the EMCON section on the right side pane
Click the Sensors Window button
Click the checkbox for Unit obeys EMCON (disables manual sensor control)
Without clicking anywhere else, press spacebar. Note the Unit obeys EMCON checkbox is toggled each time spacebar is pressed
Close the sensors window
Note on the right side pane the Sensors Window button is still highlighted
Without clicking anywhere else, press spacebar. The Sensors Window will appear again

So far I've noticed this behavior with the Doctrine Window, EMCON Window, and Sensors Window buttons all on the right side pane, as well as all checkboxes.
