Warning Time Exceeded

I see this menu come up when Civil War II is loading
=>WARNING,time exceeded,format possibly corrupted with commas, not dots:836 Huron,MI


I bought this on STEAM.
FYI I have a problem with 30 years war also. Bought from MATRIX

for steam, site version is check date time format in windows maybe?
