1.08 Alt VC not Alt...

Hi there, just installed official 1.08 and Alt VC 260 still isn't fixed--nor can you edit it away in the editor as there is only one 'Campaign Victory Condition' to select, which presumably is still hardwired to 290 VPs.

Any plans to actually sort this out at some point?
