No mod folder

When I start the game, in the opening screen there is no "modifications". I see "Single Player", "multiplayer", "options", "credits" and "resign" but no "modifications"

I checked the Matrix games file and there is a mod folder titled (Mods) right where it should be...along side "works", "auto play", "docs" and the other folders.

Any ideas?

Well, I also noticed I have no selection for anything except sandbox, so something is wrong and a lot is missing. Trying to re download but honestly, emailing another provider and waiting is a pain when your used to Steam.

Edit: that fixed it. Re downloaded. I had to repurchase as I have tonight off and really wanted to play. Couldn't wait for support to get back to me whenever.
