ASP 500 Error When Trying to Upload Image

I keep getting "ASP 500 Error" when I try to upload an image to post in my AAR. I'd post a screen shot of what I'm seeing but I can't upload an image. I'll try to describe the entire error:

I had the same problem yesterday evening in the forums. Seems to be fixed now.

error in data base, sorry guys i tend to not come down here much as you almost always help yourselves out, but did post the error else where but yes it got fixed in a few hours, will do better next time and check down here also as i posted it on a few other sections when the question was asked[:(]
