Unable to upload attachment

Today, I'm not able to upload an attachment. I am getting this error (which I would normally do a screenshot to show, but can't upload it here and don't want to use Photobucket/etc.):

Brief Description Write to file failed.



Other folks don't appear to be having this problem. Is it because I've perhaps uploaded too many files to posts over the years, or what?
