Possibile weather bug

We had clear weather in south Russia in november. In weather tables there's not such possibilty so maybe is a bug.
It was in release 1.08.07 but I've seen no mentioned about it in 1.08.08 fixes list

Could be a graphics issue. The weather icon tab (to the right of your screen underneath the vehicle pool tab) is showing the weather as snow

Also the forecast for that "south russia zone" were "clear".
Units moved and fighted with "clear weather" MP e CV

1.08.07 (.05 to be precise) allows for clear in south soviet zone up to 7th November.
