Windows 10 Default Apps

FYI. I've had an interesting glitch with Windows 10 resetting the default apps by file type for .sav files, used by both SC3-WWII War in Europe (beta) and Tigers on the Hunt. I have reset the default back to SC3 for now, but there should be a way to select None or reset this back to nothing? Probably an issue with other games as well, since .sav is pretty common.

Anybody else faced this, and resolved it?
