What are the Red and Green truck Icons next to my BG Icons?

That is a 'traffic jam' icon. The coordinates for this may need tweaking in stratmap.txt, but I think it is for the 6 RSF BG. It is telling you the BG couldn't move as ordered because the destination map was full. If you open the log panel at the bottom of the screen it should have a message about the BG being unable to move, and why.

wow...never seen them before either...cool tho.
ive had traffic jams etc in our GC's and got the message in the log panel...have to keep a closer look at the strat.
