Andy,
You may want to leave some of the Philippine / USA units in play at Bataan but with high fatigue and a percentage disabled. This gives the Japanese player some extra victory points and allows the reconstruction of the 31st Inf Regiment and the 192nd / 194th Tank Bns if the allied player wants.
Also all the units (Units 5010, 5037, 5531 to 5540) in the Mindanao area have been 9999ed out. These I would again leave in with fatigue and partial disabled for points for the Japanese player.

Some marine defense units (5542, 5544 to 5547) have a delay of 9999 and probably should still be on the map.

Thanks Daryl

Not an in-depth evaluation but while I was clicking about I noticed the Brit 70th Inf Div in Burma doesn't have any infantry. Just some engineering squads.

Reg 70th British is a difficult issue the 3 Bdes of Infatnry are all on map seperately but I may look to do this one a little differently before I am done.....

To get the 1st Burma, 9th and 11th Indian divisions to show up on the map you need to clear out the following data from the editor, for some reason just 9999ing them doesn't seem to work.

Delete the following - 6302, 6320, 6321, 6657, 6658, 6731 and 6739.
Thanks Daryl

you need to delete the parent reference and 9999 them. then the full div's will appear.

Question? Are Akagi, Kaga, Soryu, and Hiryu in port with significant damage to simulate being ridden hard and put away wet?

I haven't tested this scenario, but I have noticed that in Nik's 1942 scenario the bug of the AI sending suicide TF to Pearl is still present. They seem to start in about July 42 and run into November 42. I'm no farther than Nov. 42 in Nik's scenario. I just thought this might be worth checking into Andy. I can't confirm, but I think it has something to do with Japan having control of Akyab or not.

Anyway I hope this helps and it's not a waste of your time. I just please ask of you to keep working on this Scenario and the AI for it. I only play agaisnt the AI so thus greatly appreciate your work on this project. [&o]

If you do not assign the ships to the stock task forces, this should not happen. Assign them to ports
or to new task forces in different slots. Scrips probably use the actual task force slot - avoid that
slot and the script has nothing to boss re that slot. Or rewrite the script.

Andy--what scenario and/or modified scenario is the Mod based on? I've wondered about making an April 1st or May 1st start date for RA or BTS...
