Problem after 2.4 patch

I updated with the new 2.4 patch. The AI works smoothly and quickly now. Nice. But now I have a new problem...

Sometimes when I move a ship it will appear to be underwater. It still functions normally. It even moves. but it looks like it sunk. At the same time many of my land units become "ghosts." They appear as silhouettes of light. They also function normally when this happens.

It's not apparently a bug with my saved games. When this occurs, and I quit and restart the game, and reload the saved game it all appears normally again.

I don't have any screenshots, but I can do that if needed.

Win10 64-bit
Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.39 Ghz
8 GB RAM
NVidia 750 Ti
