Soviet fighters won't intercept

It's July 1942, the german summer offensive is in full fledge, with its lot of air operations.
... and my IAD airbases are full of intact and inactive Yak and LaGG regiments!

When I check the reports they seem to never intercept, even if axis bombings happen inside their operational radius. What's more, they are almost never selected when I try a fighter sweep (bombing or airfield bombing).

Is there something that I set wrong? What setting should I adjust ?

Looks like you set them all to Night Missions (NM, Y).

And your percentage to fly is far too high!!

I usually set him between 20 and 50%
