41-45 CAMPAIGN Alt CV - Opponent wanted

Looking for an opponent to play the 1941-1945 Campaign Alt CV. I have been playing for a several years now and consider myself mid level player.
I have played more with the Axis but lately I have started getting into being the Soviets. I can play either side. Suggested options:

FOW - check both sides
FOW movement - uncheck both sides
Lock HQ Support - check both sides
Non-Random weather - check
Reduced blizzard - check
Soviet Bonus - none
all levels at 100 (although when I play the Soviets I always feel short on the admin points )
