No, the thing is that none of the platforms in the scenario provide the necessary datalink capabilities to communicate with those missiles (check Map Settings/Datalinks/All), in general the waypoints can be moved and the LRASMs can be retargeted in CMANO. Google "tactom weapon link" to find several platform that can provide this link. Add one of them, then you can change the waypoints and target.

The 'problem' is that the AGM-158C uses a Tomahawk datalink, and there are no ships in the scen that can communicate with the weapons.
