When CMANO (the game, not the setup) first starts, Windows asks me if I want to allow this program to modify my computer...
It never harms the computer.
I am sorry, I do not have a screen picture; when operating system asks this question, the print screen does not function.

Hi, just a thought, have you turned off UAC?
