Hi Templer,

Difficulty settings are reciprocated.

With Mild Winters the Germans get a -10 to their difficulty but the Soviets, as shown above in your screenshot, gain a +10 theirs (as it's easier for the Germans it must be harder for the Soviets).

In the same way you can have a dysfunctional family, rife with internal conflict, you can also have a dysfunctional Division.
