Re possess support weapon

Post by Jacekim »

Newbie here. Sp there will be a lot of questions. Used to play ASL board game.

How do I re-possess support weapons? Moved a squad to the same hex but cannot figure out how to possess it again.

When reinforcement arrive , is there a message?

Is there a manual? I have bought the box but - of coarse- could not wait for it to arrive [:)]

Thanks in advance

Move a unit in the hex containing the SW.
If you still have MFs left, an additional button "Recover SW" will appear on the right. Select the unpossessed SW and the unit, then clic on "Recover SW".
If you do not have MFs left, one of the units in a hex will automatically attempt to recover the unpossessed SW during your next Administrative Segment. In this case, you will have no control about who picks up what.
Peter stated that in the incoming patch units in the same hex will be able to exchange SW.

When reinforcements arrive, a message listing the arriving units will appear in the bottom right box.

I bought the digital download version: the manual is inside the game folder and can be read from the main game menu. It is in E-book format, so you can put it in your tablet/e-book reader.

The manual was not printed with the boxed version. It is only a PDF file.
The game is afoot!

Found the manual! But the other two questions are still unanswered.

Just to piggy back on this question, is there a way to drop a SW?

Thanks

No. In the UPDATE 1 will provide an ability for personnel units to swap weapons (support weapons and ordnance) in the Admin Segment.
