Where do you install morning sun

Where do you install morning sun??? I tried installing it directly to my OOB folder and got a purchase it message...I installed it to itt's own folder and seems ok,,,So do I need both folders oob and morning sun???Same with soviet corps put it directly into panzer corps and get failed to extract project to memory error when trying to run soviet panzer corp....I' ll try a different folder for soviet corps and see if it helps
