[WAD] MK84 LDGP Cannot be used to attack Single Unit Airfield

I was playing the scenario "Battle of the Tirian Strait" as Israel and noticed that my Israeli F-4 Phantoms equipped with MK84 LDGP's could not strike the Egyptian single unit airfield (The message popped up telling me there were no suitable weapons). I went into the editor to test this and confirmed it with the same weapon, this is using the cold war database.
