I'm unable to find my old file of the Pacific War game manual - probably lost somewhere in one of my previous computers.. [&:]

can someone say me where I can find a link here on the forum to re-download it ?

In the original box there was also a "Data Card" with some notes that were left out of the hardcopy manual. Attached is the text.

Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

I had the original game and sold it about 10 years ago for like 70 dollars
