[SCENARIO DESIGN ERROR] 1.11 Operation Fei Lian flashing all hidden enemy contacts

When I load the original scenario file of Operation Fei Lian I see all unspotted enemy contacts flash, and I can't spot them to make them stop flashing or attack them - the flashing only occurs while unpaused. The message log is spammed really fast with 'contact x has been lost'.

Haven't experienced this on other scenarios.

Ah yeah have been other players reporting this behaviour in the scenario as well.

The reason is the really weird side relationships. Sides end up getting detailed info from an enemy side because it is relayed though a chain of friendly/allied relationships. I.e. a complex version of A friendly to B which is friendly to C, and where A is hostile to C. So B relays info on C's units to A.

Please contact the scenario author about this, and ask him to logically separate the two sides including all relationships with other sides.
