Zombie Apocalypse Scenario [Feedback Wanted]

I have been working on my Zombie Apocalypse scenario for almost a week and I am looking for feedback. The file can be found on the VR Designs Scenario Bank.

Scenario Context:
The United States has fallen to a zombie apocalypse, only the East Coast, just beyond the Appalachian Mountains, still stands. The interim government is beginning to implement a plan to take back the United States.

Notes:
It is possible to just hold the line for several turns, but you will eventually be overrun by the superior force of zombies.

Scenario Design Specifications:

---Humans use the Universal People and are called Survivors
---Zombies use a custom people and are called “Zombies”
---The Zombies only have 1 unit, which is weak, but very cheap.

---The map is the same map used by 2nd Civil War, with slight modifications.
---The humans only own the Great Lakes region or East Coast, but it is heavily fortified.
---The humans have the standard troop tree.
---The humans start with a large supply stockpile and initial unit load, but do not own many cities.
