[FIXED v1.11] Unit stuck in "Engaged defensive"

I'm playing "Goblin on the Doorstep" scenario, which is about escorting a SSBN into patrol area. at one point of the mission, three subsurface contacts popped up near the SSBN and it started evading them by turning away. This meant that it headed away from the patrol area. Pretty soon one of the contact was confirmed as biologics and since other two weren't found by active nor passive sonoboyos, I assumed that they are biologics too, marked them as neutral and filtered them out.

Now I have a problem that the SSBN won't stop heading away from the patrol area even though I have marked those subsurface contacts as neutral. I even gave it manual course and speed settings but it ignores the course and resets the speed. It just stays "engaged defensive". There are no torpedos or anything in the water. Only hostile is a spy ship 20nm away. I can get it to follow my orders by turning auto-evasion off in unit doctrine but that's not a very good solution.

I think this is fixed in v1.11 but will double-check tonight.
