Hi, I just got a decision (about civilian oil) which resulted in negative influence on my relationship with Goebbels. But he doesn't seem to be part of the game (ie not present in the REL tab).
Was this just cosmetic or does this relationship has an impact on the game ?

Hi nukkxx,

Goebbels is a minor character. He plays a role, can influence a few decisions, will instigate a decision or two of his own on occasion, but isn't important enough to make it onto the Relationship tab down the bottom.
