Siege Arty delayed on roll of 0 every time

There is a poor relationship with Gercke.

However, the Delay Calculations have shown, for at least 4 of the last 7 turns-

Net chance of Delay +33% (roll 0).

It's not always +33%, but it's ALWAYS roll 0.

The Seige card was played in Rd. 20; replayed in Rd.25 (since it didn't seem to have worked, and it's now Rd. 27 with no indication the arty is moving at all.

I have a poor relationship with Gercke also, and my Seige Arty is on the 4th turn to move from Brest to Riga. Don't know the rolls though.

Yep, known bug. Fixed with the latest update.

There should be an official, all inclusive, patch arriving Monday.
