Allied aircraft
no flights

You need strong CAP... but even with it, I doubt you would had not received heavy losses

Well, an xAP and a few SC sunk, and twenty transports heavily damaged (could mean a lot of things, but disbanded in port I doubt seriously that they would sink). I don't call this a crippling loss in '44, especially with the Allies already in the PI.

But well done anyway !

Heavy fires and heavy damage are as good as sunk.

this is a good part of the allied lift capacity in the theatre. They have only advanced in DEI so all replacement stuff supplies and fuel have a long journey. They have not captured any big port on the way and the nearest port with any shipyard I think is Brisbane.

As Japan by 44 if you can you must get to the allies fast lift and unload ships.

A few days later did this. All in all some good raids and damaging the allied lift capacity - DD from the TFs also sank around 10 lCT and escorts making a run for it...
