Reducing FOW in enemy cities

Hi,
I'm playing against soviet army with v102beta.
I open the Strategy Map and I choose a town in russian territory (in the list).
I can see a red or Brown symbol of a russian unit in the bottom unit panel when the town is garrisoned by the soviets.
When the town is not occupied by the soviets, I see at the bottom of the screen the relationship tab.
It can help the player to know enemy deployement in the cities (even if you can't guess the type and the number of units that are present in this city).

Hi Gibreauval,

I'm assume you're playing with FOW on.

The information provided is very minimal and is less than what the Germans would have known from aerial recce and radio intercepts, especially with the case of HQ's in a city.
