Physical Copy

VR designs has been reinforced with designer Cameron Harris and the result is a revolutionary new operational war game 'Barbarossa' that plays like none other. It blends an advanced counter pushing engine with deep narrative, people management and in-depth semi-randomized decision systems.

"should arrive before December 24, 2015"

Maybe.

Likely only if delivered by flying pigs. Australia Post regularly lies about its delivery capabilities in the run up to Christmas and if they achieve them, it seems to be more by accident than design.

It is more likely that it won't arrive till early January ...

Of course, that said, most local couriers outsource to temps during late November and December ... people they simply would not use any other time of year as they are so unreliable or incompetent ...

<sigh>

Maybe I will see a flying pig today or tomorrow. [8|]

=====

Or, indeed, today ... way after normal delivery time. By a courier, not the usual AusPost ring in for Xmas either. Then I noticed the box was sent through the Swiss Post Office ... who generally don't seem to use Aussie Post in such circumstances (probably why the Vatican uses them rather than Italian Post Office, too, I guess ... [:D])

Bravo Matrix!

It's Christmas Eve and still no delivery. Ordered on 24th November, Dispatched 2nd December, email said it would be delivered "before 26th December".

If it doesn't show up in the next few hours then it won't be here until Monday at the earliest. The 26th is Boxing Day here in the UK which is a bank holiday, Monday seems doubtful so realistically the earliest it could arrive is the 29th, three days after the promised delivery.

I'm really not very happy about it. A calendar month has elapsed since ordering the game. I don't live in the depths of the bloody Amazon jungle.

It is cheap shipping. Perhaps Matrix should consider allowing player to pay for express shipping....

Good idea. With the Download option I wouldn't ordinarily care how long it takes. But with the hard bound manual to read (I am assuming this will be on a par with the MWIF and WITW) - I would defo pay extra for a quicker delivery.

Mine finally arrived .... nice manual.

Just a thought for future releases ... would it be possible to offer expedited shipment ? Appreciate it might not be for everyone as it'd cost more but personally I'd rather pay a bit more than have it shipped via sailing boat ...

Fantastic!! I got mime for Christmas. I thought it would be a nice paperback like CMANO but it's a grand large real hardbound. Kudos!

Either lost or ridiculous...how can something shipped December 1st take 4 weeks to arrive ?

EDIT -> And Christmas is no excuse !

As comparison, I bought in Amazon (uk) 2 books and one DVD; they were shipped (from Italy ?) on the 23rd December and arrived today (28 December) by REGULAR MAIL! With Christmas in between !!
