[FIXED 1.10] Very durable cruiser?

Playing a NI scenario, I had a cruiser (a Leahy-class CG) hit by at least 4 SS-N-9 sub launched missiles, with 200 kT nuclear warheads:

11:36:18 - Weapon: SS-N-9 Siren [P-120 Malakhit, 200kT Nuclear] #7877 airbursted directly on top of USS Harry E. Yarnell
11:36:03 - Weapon: SS-N-9 Siren [P-120 Malakhit, 200kT Nuclear] #7870 airbursted directly on top of USS Harry E. Yarnell
11:35:54 - Weapon: SS-N-9 Siren [P-120 Malakhit, 200kT Nuclear] #7868 airbursted directly on top of USS Harry E. Yarnell
11:35:44 - Weapon: SS-N-9 Siren [P-120 Malakhit, 200kT Nuclear] #7866 airbursted directly on top of USS Harry E. Yarnell

The ship has no fire or flooding, and the only real damage is to the sensors (guessing due to EMP); none of the other equipment is damaged at all, although both helicopters were destroyed. 200 kT isn't all that big by nuclear warhead standards, but I would think it should be plenty to completely vaporize a ship that it airbursted directly over at 200 ft. [:D] Any thoughts? I attached a screenshot, I can also provide save files for immediately before and after the missile hits.

From what I've learnt from the documentary of Operation Crossroad, the air bursted nuke doesn't cause as much damage as into the seabed. But I must point out it doesn't have as much yield as this scenario, and right on top of a ship just 200 feets above will severely roasting the superstructure hard.
