update error FTP file

I can't update the game, while I get this error message every time:
"Error. Unable to download file. An error occured while trying to open an FTP file."

I have reinstalled the game several times, closed down the windows defender and uninstalled AVG virus program. So now I don't know what to try next?

normally it's a firewall issue when the auto one doesn't work, glad your sorted mind you[;)]

How could I do anyting else? There are so many positive commentaries. And I already like it, especially the first part with the many decisions. At the same time I must admit that I haven't played more than one turn yet, but it really look interesting and with some new thoughts. I still don't like the map that much, but I can live with that
