Combat Animation Settings

I noticed something that seemed off with combat animations, so I did a little testing. I tested on the current official release, the latest Beta release, and did so on both Windows 7 and Windows 10.

If the message delays for the various combat animations are set to 0.0 seconds, then there are no combat animations for air to air, air to ground, or air to naval. But there are combat animations for naval vs naval, sub vs naval, troop vs troop, and naval bombardment.

Because that is inconsistent I'm not sure if it is intentional.

Also a related suggestion:

Currently the delays available for the combat animations are 0.0, 0.5, and so on up to 4.5 seconds. Could you add a delay of 0.1 seconds for each of them?

Even though the inconsistency is a little strange, and having 0.1 second as an option would be nice, everything does work once you figure out the correct settings, so this is not a major issue.
