Hi, I do hope you can help me. Ive bought a new computer and I would like to redownload Flashpoint Campaigns Red Storm. I know the 16 digit code. I went to plimus support and was told Ive tried to download the game too many times and it wont allow me to do it.. I know that isn't right. HELP PLEASE.

There's no limit to the number of times you may request for new download links.

Just open a tech support ticket or contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details (order reference number or/and email address used when placed the order) and thry will provide you with new download links.
