What are the consequences of disrupting a fuel or supply dump, and do the effects last into the next player turn?

Damaging would have some effect, disruption will have none IMHO, because disruption normally converts to fatigue and fatigue of dumps doesn't matter. But there may be some hidden formula that makes something of it and I may not know it. I don't know all about WitE, even now after years of working on it.
