Combat Bonus

Thanks for the continued help...

I notice that in some cases the enemy units will have a red and blue rectangle with a bonus of say +25%...what is that telling me? Thanks.

Actually it can be programmed, too, but as Webizen says, it is most likely an officer bonus. The red one is offensive bonus, and the blue one defensive bonus.
