Why I give thanks for Matrix....

Post by Gilmer »

This happened yesterday and within a day, I received a reply. I'm buying Parthian Wars and Birth of Rome right now. I was sort of on the fence, but no more.

The person that replied to me was Paolo Costa. I don't know if you would give him a raise based on his interaction with me, but I think he deserves one.

My email:

Hi,

I am a customer and I realized I have lost the files necessary for Alea Iacta Est.

I can provide a serial number, if needed.

I tried contact@Ageod.com, but it said that email was not valid anymore.

Thank you,
H Gilmer

A lot of people misspell my name... It's Paolo, Pablo, Paula, etc... Once they even called me Pablo Castro... [8D]
Iain also wrote Paolo instead of Paulo. [:D]

Joe just felt the urge to correct it. [:D]

And like Missouri, I just notice VPaulus here is Paulo[&o]
He just helped me to solve a weird trouble yesterday less than 24hrs. Maybe M/S store can never be as popular as steam. But according to my previous contacting support exp in both sides, their support part always kicks steam's ass[;)]

It's not important for me and besides I find it funny. It's the same name in different languages.[:)]
With the exception of Paula... that's the feminine name. [:D]

It is kind of strange , but I just had the same problem as the original poster and it was also fixed by Paulo within 12 hours or so on a weekend.

I am buttering up the wife right now for two purchases.

Thanks again

I must also publicly congratulate Mr. Paulo Costa for an amazing support service.
He promptly answered (several times) and solved, in 24h, a ticket I opened, first due to the issue of incorrectly added VAT and then a missing receipt from BlueSnap.

Stellar !

And I am very proud he is a fellow countryman, a portuguese like me !

Best regards

I think the led light keyboard is a good idea. I wish my laptop keyboard had a light. More then once I've played late at night and needed that. The light thing should be considered as the next upgrade to all keyboards..
