Eastern Front Panzer Campaign

Before it was upgraded to COI, I used to own the old East Front (alas, disappeared in a move). I also own Combat Mission BtoB and Winter Storm. I'm wanting to engage in a long term campaign from a company command level. Which is a better simulator, COI or Ostfront? Is COI worth the extra $10?

Panzer Command looks like the old Panzer Elite. I'll have to get this one next time it goes on sale.
