There is a lot of this confusion in the new Germany scenario descriptions. Says, for example 'NL' clearly meaning to be played as Nato, but beneath that says to be played as soviets. Then when you select it it also says to be played as soviets. I think you need to get someone to just copy edit the descriptions and titles.

That is an oops! The title is correct. This is a very good explanation as to why we missed this. However, needless to say, we will just say that it got by us--my bad. It is playable as NATO and not Soviets.
