Aliford Bay

Stock location 1066 (retained, as is usual, in RHS)
is probably in the wrong hex. The port has sea access
to the East rather than the West. It is also a bit
farther SE in terms of map art. Changing the hex
address from 199/46 to 200/46 solves this problem
without need to change the pwhexe.dat files. 200/46
is land to the West and blocked to the SW, but sea
or both in other directions.
