Dumb Question: old scenarios vs NI

Post by Krupinski »

Sorry for that (dumb)question, but is it worth getting NI for players who didn't play all of the old scenarios (including community ones)?

Cheers, Hafer

Ni only has a few scenario's and no editor, and there are some excellent scenario's available for the regular version which you can't play in NI.

Ni is an ok entry level game, but once you gain more experience you'll certainly want to upgrade to the regular version.

Probably not although buying it does help support our work. It's a neat storyline and the scenarios are entertaining.

** THIS ** The devs have made tons of improvements over time that most other companies would have been charging more for as new versions/etc. When they actually try to monetize all the extra development work, it's the least I can do.

I for one love the new campaign concept, and the linked scenarios.

For someone new to both versions, should a new player start with NI? To best learn the sim?
