When trying to pay an order I can only select a "new credit card" option. Paypal is not a valid option, although it is supposed to be.

Using Safari under OsX ElCapitan, and also with Firefox on Windows 7

Edit: Forgot to add that using a credit card everything went smoothly (Firefox, Windows 7; bought operation Torch), although no email receipt was sent to me...

My boxed copy came today. I still have not gotten any email confirming the purchase or receipt for amount.

Ironically they were able to send me an email about the problem of not getting emails. [8|]

Used my SmartPhone (Galaxy S4 via T-Mobile) and that worked.

Bought the new Operation SeaLion product.

Didn't see a 10% discount

Am downloading without a problem (to my phone), but no emails to confirm the purchase or provide serial number.

Still no luck accessing via my PC.

Finally went to make my purchase. Have several games in the cart. Enter my CC info and when I submit, I get a screen with FAULT and a message to contact Slitherine. Any ideas? Don't want to miss the sale...

I haven't either, but I got my serial number from the Member's Club page.

Just noticed a minute ago on my checking account... when I purchased Sealion there was a $1 charge and then a $9.99 charge followed by a debit for the $1. Still no 10% discount... I assume the $1 was supposed to be my discount, but not applied correctly.

Glad to be helping out with getting things running smoothly though.

Just ordered Star hammer and it worked perfectly. Got my emails instantly and got the extra 10% discount.

Still using my phone though... same error on my PC :(

Rick, I have checked it appears that the BlueSnap API used by the new shopping card has problems with gift cards. People at BlueSnap are looking into fixing it. I will update on the issue as soon as I hear from them. Thanks.

I didn't hear any follow-up but I decided to try again just in case, and the coupon code worked correctly this time. I also received confirmation emails on the purchase as well as the key.
