Change 65 covered morale. Don't see anything about 1941.

Most of my troops can't gain higher then 40 morale number, after refit, far from enemy. And there is a nww number in parenthesis, after the base number. That is something new, what I really missed?

ya just started T1 as Soviets in a new game and all my Soviet units are showing 40 as NM.

Also logistics phase shows 40 NM for Soviets.

Cant remember but does it increase after the first couple turns to 45? been awhile since I started a new game lol.

Yes, I seem to recall Morvael mentioned the change, but it didn't seem to make it into the change log. Or maybe I'm just imagining things.

In any case, it's only the first two turns, June '41. The in-game event log shows NM going from 40 -> 45 on turn 3.

Cool. Better to fight with 45 NM.
