Bases3D UK/FR

Post by SIPRES »

Here is few new 3D bases for UK and France.

UK (Union Jack + Royal Navy) + platoon OOB updated
France (3 colors Flag + Navy + Foreign Legion) + platoon OOB updated
I got also United Nations 3D Base ready, but dont know yet where to add it (Maybe pro West side).
Anybody got platoons graphics with Blue helmets and white vehicules?

You will need Encryption command -X to make it run properly.

Enjoy (I hope)

Christophe

Hello budd,

Platoon files are encrypted as not to allow players to tamper with them when playing human opponents. Agains AI, you can choose to play with non-encrypted files with the NoEncryption option. Easiest way to launch the game under this option is to right click at me.exe, Copy, then Paste A Shortcut to your desktop. Then, right click at the shortcut to edit its properties, add -X for NoEncryption and probably -W to have the game launching as a windowed app.

Unit base pointers are a parameter among others, unless you do the above you will probably see only the first base of each nation, as that's what the stock platoons are expecting.

Platoon parameters, well at least some of them so far, are explained in a Dev Thread, HERE.
