Well they don't like when a thread is started about a locked thread.

I think every member has a right to an opinion: be it agreed to or not[:-]

Watched this young lady submit her opponent in 14 seconds Friday night, very impressive! Others may have not thought the same for any number of other reasons...

A right to an opinion does not give you the right to express it. Not on a private message board

Congress can make no law that abridges free speech. But everyone else can and does. From the company you work for
all the way to the military, freedom of speech is not an absolute

You can lead a man to knowledge but you can't make him use critical thinking.

Oh! I get it![:D][:D]

Doubtful, as it requires an understanding of constitutional law and the ability to apply critical thinking
to the law as it actually works and not the way you want it to work.

Often the Law is mistaken to mean justice, and justice to mean law.

Sadly, with age, free speech, like democracy and justice is becoming a rusty ideal.

I didn't see a sign that says you can spout any old guff and call it free speech.

Yes, you are absolutely right!

Then I ask: Why did you make the below post in quote? [&:] Was that not "Free Speech"? [&:] It's not game related, but was acceptable to you.[:)]

Hello All,

It isn't about free speech, but more that we try to avoid letting discussions go political, as that often leads to arguements, which in turn makes a hostile community. Instead, although we do try to allow open discussion, it does mean that we occasionally do lock threads to try to foster a more inclusive community.

Look at it as having a conversation with your in-laws, you don't talk about politics, religion, or boning their daughter and your all good

I want to say, thank you Missouri_Rebel for your posting concerning your daughter in the other thread before it was locked. I completely agree with you! Good luck to her, and I hope she moves out when her lease is over.

Operating, notice Otto did not address the hypocrisy you pointed out. Good one!
