Secondary objectives

I am having trouble getting all the secondary objectives, it's like you have to play a perfect game to get all the secondary objectives as well as the main objective.

Is it meant to be like that or am I just incompetent?!!

Do most people get all the objectives ?

Just my 2 cents. It depends on difficulty level and all but yes, need a near perfect game plan to achieve all primary and secondary objectives. I think the secondary objectives allow the player to decide what is most important. For example achieving one may give you increased command points to deploy more forces in a particular scenario while another impacts later scenarios. This also increases replay value. What happens if I go after this secondary rather than another this time. Having played the scenario, and with some idea of the forces and special events, can I play it again and this time get all the secondary ones.
