[FIXED Pre-1.11] Ground group stuck

I have a save file where the group, "JNA column" is apparently stuck while following the plotted route.

How that came about:

the group was following the route; I asked the group to attack some unit which was forward along the route; since Ignore Plotted Course is YES, the group put off the plotted course and went forward to engage. Once enemy unit was destroyed, the group returned to the last waypoint on the route (which is OK) and looks like it cannot hit the waypoint to "pass" it and move on to the next waypoint.

Now what happens:
the group is orbiting the waypoint.

I actually solved it by decreasing speed (in the save file it has speed of 30 kts flank; reducing this to 4 kts solves the problem).
