OOB Screen on extended monitor.

I run Command on my laptop using and external monitor as an extended screen.
If I open the Order of Battle screen I can't close it if open on the external monitor. The mouse cursor changes to a 'double headed arrow' when held over the 'X' close button.

If I drag the OOB screen to the laptop screen then it works as expected.

I have checked the following multi screen options (with various screen resolutions):
> Duplicate these displays = OK
> Extend these displays = OOB Screen will not close on extended screen.
> Show desktop on 1 = OK
> Show desktop on 2 = OK

OS: 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium.
No idea if this is seen on newer operating systems. Not a major issue and has an easy work around.
